- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles
- Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving opportunities
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records
- Preparation and review of tax returns and participation in planning meetings
- Direct contact with clients and working with firm shareholders and staff
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
-3-5 years of experience in tax
-CPA or CPA candidate
- Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
